The walls display Moleanos clad columns with plinths. The ceiling features Moleanos soffits weighing 80kg a piece fabricated by Sussex Stone & Ceramic. The lift surrounds in Lipica were designed and fabricated by Sussex Stone & Ceramic.

Sussex Stone & Ceramic have also supplied stone for all the bathrooms in the development: Jura Grey, Grey Marquina, Armani Brown vanity tops, niches and reveals, bath tops and flooring to 216 apartments.
